Customer Satisfaction is a Primary Goal

To be able to evaluate if we have reached this goal, we are always happy to receive valuable feedback. In the course of the year, we gather direct feedback from customers we meet. Furthermore, we send questionnaires to some of our sales partners.

 

Later, we analyze the results in a customer satisfaction workshop and evaluate the improvements suggested by our customers and partners. Last year, we also asked them to state the main reasons for purchasing INDUSTRONIC products. The pie chart on the right illustrates the answers we received.
