Over the past few days, our directors from our international locations came together for a joint Director’s Meeting at INDUSTRONIC headquarters in Wertheim. The meeting brought together our international leadership team from key global locations. In light of the current global environment, close alignment and a coordinated strategic approach are particularly important.
After more than 43½ years, we are saying goodbye to a colleague whose career is deeply woven into the history of INDUSTRONIC.
She joined INDUSTRONIC at a time when the company was still small, personal, and very much a family business. Everyone knew everyone. What has always stayed the same, even as INDUSTRONIC grew into a global technology company, is the idea of building something exceptional. Products that may not be widely known, but are essential where they are used.

Last Friday, we gathered at the beautiful Hotel zur schönen Aussicht to celebrate this year’s Christmas party — and it truly was a special evening. Around 150 colleagues and guests from Asia joined us. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and filled with great conversations.
Once again this year, the “Kreative Köpfe” competition took place, giving young people the opportunity to develop innovative ideas and bring them to life together with experts from local companies. This time, I had the privilege of representing INDUSTRONIC as an expert.
On October 22, 2025, we once again attended the “study&stay” job fair organized by the University of Würzburg and the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
