Over the past few days, our directors from our international locations came together for a joint Director’s Meeting at INDUSTRONIC headquarters in Wertheim. The meeting brought together our international leadership team from key global locations. In light of the current global environment, close alignment and a coordinated strategic approach are particularly important.

Representing the company’s global offices were Balaram Baliarsingh of INDUSTRONIC® Middle East Technologies in Dubai, Wu Mingfang of INDUSTRONIC® Beijing Industrie-Electronic Equipment Co. Ltd. in Beijing, and Bobby Tay of INDUSTRONIC® Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. Their regional insights contributed valuable perspectives on global market developments.

The meeting focused on reviewing the performance and results of 2025, followed by a joint analysis of the current market situation and a prospects for 2026. In addition, the latest service and product innovations were presented and discussed.

A key element of the meeting was the discussion of the company’s strategic direction for the next five years, ensuring alignment across all locations and a shared understanding of future priorities.

Beyond strategic and business topics, the Director’s Meeting also allowed for personal exchange. Informal conversations during the shared dinner strengthened relationships and fostered close collaboration within the international leadership team.

The Director’s Meeting in Wertheim once again proved to be a central element of our corporate culture, combining strategic alignment, international cooperation, and strong personal connections.
