In our series about different departments of our company we would like to introduce you to our Sales team today.

It consists of 20 dedicated colleagues who work for National and International Sales.

Our headquarters in Wertheim accommodates the Customer Center South which is responsible for sales in the southern part of Germany and in other German-speaking countries. Furthermore, the Export Sales team is located here which deals with the distribution of our systems around the world.

INDUSTRONIC is also represented by the Customer Service Centers Western Germany and Berlin which cover the remaining regions of Germany as well as Belgium and the Netherlands.

Usually, one Area Sales Manager is responsible for several sales areas and is supported in his or her job by committed assistants. Developing new markets, gaining valuable customers and acquiring new projects are among the tasks of the daily business routine as well as the preparation and management of quotations and not to forget the handling of incoming orders.

To facilitate communication via telephone, email or fax for our international customers, our Sales team offers advice in German, English, Spanish, French or Russian language.

Besides our locations in Germany, we benefit from the support of our subsidiaries in China and the USA, which operate almost independently on their respective market. They assume a number of tasks from sales to commissioning to After Sales Services.

With our Representative Office in Singapore, INDUSTRONIC provides a competent local contact. This means short distances for our customers, rapid access to our expertise while being able to bridge the time difference between our headquarters and South-East Asia.

In addition to our direct INDUSTRONIC locations, our sales network is complemented by our numerous partners around the world. Thanks to their commitment we can be successful on the global market.

Together with this international team we are able provide optimum support for our customers in all matters.
