Supporting Young Innovators: INDUSTRONIC’s Contribution to “Creative Minds” 2025

Author: Jonas Wukovich

Once again this year, the “Kreative Köpfe” competition took place, giving young people the opportunity to develop innovative ideas and bring them to life together with experts from local companies. This time, I had the privilege of representing INDUSTRONIC as an expert.

The competition began on June 24, 2025, with the official kickoff event. During this session, the participants presented their ideas and partnered with the companies involved.

One of the young inventors, Amelie Roth, approached us to support her project, the “Easy Roll Handcart”—a motor-driven cart designed to make hiking with supplies much easier.

From July to October, I accompanied Amelie throughout the development process. The support of Ali Eskibal was especially valuable, as he played a major role in managing the complex mechanical conversion of the handcart. Many thanks for his great contribution!

The result was a motorized handcart offering a range of up to 15 km and a maximum load capacity of 60 kg. A thumb throttle on the handle allows smooth, adjustable power control, while an integrated freewheel mechanism ensures that the cart can also be pulled effortlessly without motor assistance.

On October 21, 2025, Amelie presented her fully functional prototype to a jury, which evaluated all projects based on defined criteria and selected the winners. At the festive award ceremony on November 18, 2025, in the Arkadensaal in Wertheim, the winning projects were officially announced and celebrated. Amelie achieved 1st place in the category “Technical Realization” – a great success!

I am delighted that we, as a company, were able to contribute to this achievement and wish Amelie and her family many enjoyable outings with the Easy Roll Handcart.
