On October 9th 2024, the annual „Night of Education“ (Nacht der Ausbildung) took place once again. The event was organized by a cooperation of companies in Wertheim supported by the “Wirtschaftsjunioren”. In total 26 companies from Wertheim and 300 visitors participated in the Night of Education. We from INDUSTRONIC are proud to be part of such a great event and hope to see some familiar faces in the INDUSTRONIC community soon.
Prior to the event, we organized 12 different stations covering the INDUSTRONIC history, apprenticeship (commercial & technical), food, control cabinet wiring, dual study opportunities and many more. We provided guides to give visitors a tour of the INDUSTRONIC building. One of the highlights was the real-time presentation of one of our PAGA systems by our instructur. According to our guides there were many interested and excited visitors.
Here are some insights:
Our employees at the food stand served grilled sausages in bread rolls. It was a big success. Fortunately, the weather was mostly stable so people could enjoy their food outdoors.
At the start of the company tour, our visitors were welcomed by three of our employees.
Our ladies at the candy bar served sweets for the sweet tooth.
Fun times at the soccer table
A big thank you to the organization team and of course everyone else involved for their dedication. It was a thoroughly successful evening, which ran so smoothly thanks to our well-coordinated team. The feedback from all participants was overwhelmingly positive! We look forward to the next year.
