Once again, INDUSTRONIC has been recertified with the DIN ISO 9001:2008 certificate.

Every 3 years, a recertification audit takes place to renew the certificate for our quality management system. The audit is executed by an independent third party accreditation body (in our case DEKRA). In March, two external auditors visited the company to make sure that all our processes comply with the regulations of the DIN ISO 9001:2008 standard.

During their visit they questioned the managers and employees of several important processes. Beside others, the following teams were checked:

• Product development
• Production
• Purchasing
• Sales & Project Management
• Project Engineering
• Marketing

After thorough examination, our processes were found to be working fine. Further elements of the quality management system are the determination of customer satisfaction and the assessment of the management. We have fulfilled all necessary requirements and therefore, the audit was passed successfully.

The new certificate is now valid until April 2018. In the following two years, one surveillance audit per year is obligatory according to the DEKRA regulations.
