Our colleagues Frank Röder and Steffen Sebold were in Singapore for one week to train partners of the recently inaugurated Singapore Subsidiary. As reported in a previous post, the overwhelming success of our enterprises in South-East Asia resulted in a conversion of the Singapore Representative Office into the INDUSTRONIC® Singapore Pte. Ltd. at the beginning of 2016.
Mr. Bobby Tay, Director of our Asian subsidiary, welcomed our German trainer team for an INTRON-D plus Advanced specialty training. Partners from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia were present. An expanded demo system was in place to convey new concepts, developments and programming knowledge for our INTRON-D plus system. The hands-on training familiarized our partners with the following new products:
– New main processor unit 1 DXC 04 with updated web interface
– New IP desktop intercom station 12 NIB 001
– New IP PC-Control Panel NCP 001
– Update Config Manager 3.1.0
Furthermore the participants got work with the new components and were introduced to new and improved functions.
The German trainers were very successful in tailoring the workshop to the various partner needs and conveyed technical, sales and market knowledge on a high level. All participants were provided with official INTRON-D plus Advanced training certificates.
Since INDUSTRONIC’s products are always in transition our continuous partner training is a vital part in our providing world-class communication systems to industrial environments all over the globe.
The successful training week came to a close with a group dinner and cable car ride to Sentosa Island which provided a spectacular view of the Singapore shoreline at night.
