We are delighted to update you on the positive results of the recent INDUSTRONIC workshop with our Polish partner INTROSYS Sp. z o.o. led by our Head of Training & Technical Support Center, Steffen Sebold, at our headquarters in Wertheim.

The aim of the 3-day training course was to enhance expertise in INDUSTRONIC’s new IP-based communication system, INTRON-X. As a long-standing partner, our colleagues at Introsys have extensive experience with our products and already took part in a workshop last year – a good basis to build on. We were also pleased to meet two new ambitious colleagues from the Introsys team and Steffen Sebold was able to teach them the basics of INTRON-X.

The participants have acquired knowledge of the INTRON-X components and how to use the INTRON-X Service Tool. The focus was also on new features and functions and the participating technicians had to solve various programming tasks.

The last important topic was upgrading from existing systems to our latest INTRON-X system. The participants learned all the necessary steps and tools required to X-Pand a system or to perform a complete X-Change to the INTRON-X system.

The training was a complete success and we are very grateful to have such a reliable and ambitious partner to continue to serve the Polish market sustainably and successfully. We are very pleased that Introsys is involved in the next generation of INDUSTRONIC systems with their many years of experience and expertise as well as highly motivated and talented junior staff. Together, we are well prepared to meet Polish and European safety standards.
