Recently, INDUSTRONIC in persona of Mr. Balaram Baliarsingh invited to a first partner training week at our Middle East Offices in Dubai. Together with Mr. Tobias Lang from our Sales team and Mr. Steffen Sebold from Training team / Support, he welcomed engineers from our partner companies of the CCG area.

The goal of this joined partner training was to provide in-depth knowledge of new system generation INTRON-X to our partners.

In 5 days, many topics of the state-of-the-art modular IP-based platform were covered:

• INTRON-X Introduction
• Hands-on on INTRON-X training system, including Installation, configuration & commissioning
• Usage of INTRON-X Software tools
• Upgrade INTRON-D (plus) to INTRON-X
• Network requirements
• Extend your possibilities: Use cases
• …and much more

The training week was rounded off with a joint team event evening on Thursday. This was used for intercultural exchange away from any training topics.

Beside the technical and sales topics, partner networking was successfully covered as well. All participants appreciated this partner workshop and agreed that it would be great to plan such an event again next year.
