INDUSTRONIC Travels the World

Ever since INDUSTRONIC has maintained close relationships with customers and sales partners worldwide.

We prefer to have direct contact to all parties involved in a project in order to:

  • Discuss questions which may arise or analyze and evaluate project requirements,
  • Inform about new products or services, and
  • To enter into a dialog with the people on site to become familiar with local processes and project requirements.

We strongly believe that the best result can be achieved by having early face-to-face contact with our customers and partners and collaborate right at the beginning of a project.

Furthermore, we want to constantly optimize our products and consulting services to adapt them to the specific needs of the different markets.

This year, our Area Sales Manager responsible for the Middle East started with a seven-day business trip to the United Arab Emirates. Interested parties could participate in more than 15 technical workshops. Many thanks to our highly esteemed sales partner Hatta Trading & Services Est. who supported us and successfully organized the events.

In February again, we visited our customers in India for nearly two weeks.INDUSTRONIC in India

Our President Wolfgang Stallmeyer and the responsible Area Sales Manager held hotel workshops in important (industrial) cities such as Mumbai, Vadodara, Kochi, and Bangalore.

Above all, the aim of this journey was to make new contacts. Furthermore, they used this occasion to meet with various customers and to discuss current projects.

Our long-standing sales partners Dee-Em Systems (Mr. Mukesh Shah) and Indcom Engineers (Mr. Ashok Bhat) accompanied and supported them actively.

For more than 20 years now, we can count on their dedication which enables us to constantly expand our local networks and to establish long-term relationships with our customers.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all of our sales partners worldwide for their hard work and exceptional commitment. With their competence and outstanding customer orientation we are able to support our customers on this scale and to provide them with reliable and high quality products.

    The overall feedback from the workshops conducted in February has been very positive from the clients. In fact some of them who could not attend called us and requested to conduct a session at their premises at the earliest available opportunity.
