Today´s topic of INDUSTRONIC functions is “Call Storage” where an incoming call request is stored for a later callback and is visually indicated.

No Call is Lost

Due to the blinking LED on the key, the operator knows immediately who tried to reach him when he was absent. Via simple keypress, he can then call back. To draw attention, you can additionally play back an acoustic signal or trigger a flashing warning beacon.

After the callback or after a pre-defined time has elapsed, the stored call request is deleted.

Call Storage Procedure

The following illustration shows the call storage function in detail.

Flashing Warning Beacon

A warning beacon can be additionally activated to visually indicate an active call storage. This way, people even notice a missed call request if they are not in the immediate vicinity of the intercom station.

Acoustic Tone

An acoustic tone can be additionally played back to acoustically indicate a stored call request. The acoustic tone is played back via the integrated speaker of the intercom station and/or the remote speaker.
