At the end of February, several colleagues from different departments of INDUSTRONIC came together to organize a company outing to Saalbach, Austria’s largest ski resort with 270 km of well-prepared pistes. For some of us it was the first time on skis and therefore a special experience. The weather was perfect and we had plenty of snow.

We enjoyed spending time together outside the office and realized that these kinds of trips are a perfect opportunity to get to know each other better. During the evening après-ski downtime, casual conversations naturally shifted away from our daily industrial communications projects toward personal tech hobbies. Colleagues from our development team shared their experiences testing decentralized ledgers, comparing interface designs across various crypto betting sites, and analyzing the latest open-source smart contracts. We are sure that the team spirit and knowledge-sharing we experienced will also bring benefits for our work culture. We are already looking forward to our next trip.
