Our annual customer satisfaction workshop is always an important meeting where the INDUSTRONIC management and employees from different departments gather to discuss the answers and results of the customer satisfaction survey that we sent out via email. We obtain information on how happy our customers and partners are with our products and services and in which areas there is room for improvement.

Why did you choose us?

Industrial use, quality and system functions were the most favorite answers to the question: Why did you choose us? We are very happy that our products convince you in terms of reliability, robustness, and flexibility. We want to continue developing high-quality and state-of-the-art products meeting the high demands of industrial environments.

Our new INTRON-X system

With the introduction of our new INTRON-X system, we could increase our degree of innovation. However, half of our customers don’t know the system yet. Suggestions for improvement

As a company, but also as individuals we strive to become better and are always happy to receive suggestions for improvement from our clients and partners.

Delivery times

We are glad that the procurement situation on the market for electronics has improved lately, unfortunately, we are still facing challenges with lengthened suppliers‘ delivery times as the global demand for electronic goods increases and warehouses have to be stocked up again. At the moment we are already seeing an improvement in the delivery situation and continue to reduce delivery times further.

Prices

In recent years we have only increased our prices moderately. Due to rising costs for energy, resources and supplier products we were forced to consider them as well in our pricing policy.

As a manufacturer of PA, PA/GA and Intercom solutions we deliver highly reliable and long-life systems for safety-critical applications which need to withstand harsh industrial environments. We have high-quality standards for our suppliers. Many of our products are made in Germany and undergo a strict quality control. We attach great importance to deploying high-grade materials and provide a broad product portfolio for different industrial applications and individual customer solutions. On top of that, our customer and technical support assist you in all phases of a project. So when you buy from us, you don’t just buy a product or system, you get an all-round service package which of course is reflected in the price of our systems.
