Three of our colleagues visited our subsidiary in Beijing, China for a 5-day training course. The purpose was to deepen training for INDUSTRONIC’s new IP-based communication system INTRON-X. They were welcomed warmly and were happy to be back, since the last visit was four years ago.

The technicians were trained in topics such as installation, redundancy, integration and upgrade of the INTRON-X. Additionally, the Sales resp. Project management team was briefed in terminology, international projects and the preparation of offers.

This was also the first time they got to see the new premises. The three of them were very impressed and felt right at home!

The visit was not all about work but also included culinary delights. As a team building measure, the teams cooked Chinese dumplings together. It was a lot of fun and they tasted absolutely delicious!

In conclusion, it was a very successful training session and a great opportunity for our colleagues to see their Chinese counterparts again.
