Customer Survey – We Asked, You Answered

During our yearly customer satisfaction workshop we gathered feedback from customers and other business partners. Their opinion was determined via an online survey on the INDUSTRONIC corporate website. There you can find a questionnaire and evaluate the level of satisfaction with different attributes of our products and services.Example of the customer satisfaction survey from the INDUSTRONIC corporate homepageOne of the main issues that came up in the survey were last year’s longer delivery times. We are aware that there is potential for improvement in this matter. You must know, the year 2015 was one of INDUSTRONIC’s most successful business years until now. We produced and delivered 33% more systems than in the year before. One drawback of this high workload was the extension of the delivery periods. Therefore, we are constantly optimizing our internal processes to be better prepared for situations like these in the future.

Beside the technical reliability of our products the quality of our technical training was rated highest. Especially our project-related trainings enjoy great popularity. Please read my article about our training team to learn what kind of different training courses we are offering.

What has also been on the top of our list of strengths for years now, is our competent and helpful staff as well as our expert advice. That underlines once again that personal contact remains extremely important in our business.
