Later, we adapted our QM system and our internal structures due to a change of the DIN ISO 9001 standard from function to process orientation. Within the scope of the certification, external auditors perform an audit once a year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Some important requirements for passing the DIN ISO 9001 audit are<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; continuous <strong>optimization of internal workflows<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; a <strong>constant improvement process<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; and a high level of <strong>customer orientation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Two decades of successful recertification are proof for our high level of quality!<\/p>\n<p>Our future goals are to keep these standards and to further optimize our internal processes.
