The weather-proof IP outdoor intercom station of the NRO xx2<\/em> series from INDUSTRONIC is used in extreme industrial environments. Network Redundancy and LCD Display<\/strong>
The NRO xx2\/D<\/em> is the evolution of the IP outdoor intercom station NRO 001<\/em>, and provides many new functions. Like the previous model, the NRO xx2\/D<\/em> is connected to the network via IP and powered via PoE. Versions are available with two Ethernet interfaces for redundant network connection increasing reliability. In addition to this and other expansion options, the NRO xx2\/D<\/em> is equipped with a LCD display bringing many benefits for the users and their daily work processes. Depending on the situation, the right information is indicated at the right time: The general network status as well as the respective connection status to the corresponding controllers is visually displayed. Connection problems can therefore be identified with a clear reference to the network or the controller and can be resolved more quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Useful Call Information and Easier Dialing<\/strong>
The new display brings many benefits. By showing the station name and number, it clearly identifies the IP intercom station.
When making a call via dial keypad, the user receives direct visual feedback during dialing as the dialed number is indicated on the display. Consequently incorrect entries are recognized faster and can be corrected immediately.
Besides the dialed number, the called intercom station\u2019s name and number are displayed as well. This information is also available for incoming calls so that the calling terminal can be identified in advance.
You can also make calls using the momentary rocker switches. If the called intercom station is busy, you will receive visual feedback via the corresponding LED and will hear a (negative) acknowledgement tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IP Role Information and Volume Adjustment<\/strong>
The user-friendly display also indicates important IP role information which is crucial for the clear identification of the device during operation.
In addition to the IP role assignment, the user can easily adjust the volume and microphone sensitivity as the level settings are dynamically shown on the display in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
